- Property Analysis: AI-generated Highest and Best Use (HBU) recommendations
- Market Insights: Estimated costs, revenues, and ROI projections
- Regional Data: Location-specific pricing and market information
- Analysis History: Cloud storage of your analysis reports

3. Eligibility
To use MyLandIQ, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4.2 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Credits & Payments
5.1 Credit System
- Each property analysis requires 1 credit
- Credits can be purchased through Google Play Store
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account
- Credits do not expire
5.2 Pricing
Current credit packages (prices in INR, may vary):
- Starter Pack: 5 Credits @ ₹1,338
- Value Pack: 10 Credits @ ₹2,230 (17% savings)
- Professional: 25 Credits @ ₹4,461 (33% savings)
- Power Pack: 50 Credits @ ₹8,031 (40% savings)
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally:
- Unused credits: Refundable within 1 year of purchase
- Used credits: Non-refundable
- Technical failures: Credit automatically restored
- Credits never expire for usage purposes
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 You Agree NOT To:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Resell or redistribute analysis results commercially without permission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6.2 Fair Use
We reserve the right to limit excessive usage that impacts service quality for other users.
7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, algorithms, content, and branding, is owned by MyLandIQ and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of property addresses and data you input. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data for providing our services.
7.3 Analysis Reports
Analysis reports generated for you may be used for your personal or business purposes. You may not resell reports as a competing service.

MyLandIQ is an AI-powered analytical tool that provides property analysis, Highest and Best Use (HBU) recommendations, financial projections, and investment scoring for INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
The information, analysis, scores, projections, and recommendations provided by MyLandIQ:
- (a) Do NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any professional recommendation;
- (b) Are AI-generated approximations based on publicly available data and algorithmic models that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
- (c) Should NOT be the sole basis for any property purchase, development, or investment decision;
- (d) Do NOT guarantee any specific financial outcome, return on investment, or market performance.

- Any legal dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MyLandIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Investment losses based on our analysis
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyLandIQ, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Investment decisions based on our analysis
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service or other users
11.3 Effect of Termination
- Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for violation
- Your analysis history will be deleted
- Sections 7-10 survive termination
12. Governing Law & Disputes
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
