What is MyLandIQ?

MyLandIQ is an AI-powered mobile app that analyzes land and property to provide development recommendations, market valuations, and investment insights. Simply enter a property address and land size, and our AI generates detailed analysis including best use cases, estimated costs, revenues, and ROI projections.

How do I create an account?

Download the app from Google Play Store and sign in with your Google account. It's quick and secure - no separate password needed!

Is MyLandIQ available on iOS?

Currently, MyLandIQ is available only on Android devices through the Google Play Store. We're working on an iOS version and will announce when it's available.

Which countries are supported?

MyLandIQ works best for properties in India, with optimized analysis for cities across all tiers (metros, large cities, and small towns). We also support properties in USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada, and other English-speaking markets with region-specific pricing data.

Do I get free credits to try the app?

What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are processed securely through Google Play, which accepts:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

Net Banking

Can I get a refund?

Yes! We offer a generous 1-year refund window for unused credits. If you have unused credits from a purchase made within the last 12 months, you can request a refund. Used credits are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

Do I get an invoice/receipt?

Yes! Google Play sends you a receipt email for every purchase. For GST-compliant invoices (Indian users), contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details.

📊 Analysis & Results

How accurate is the analysis?

Our AI provides estimates based on location, property size, and market data. While we strive for accuracy, results are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice from real estate consultants, architects, or financial advisors. Market conditions vary and actual results may differ.

What information do I need to provide?

For the best analysis, provide:

Property Address: As specific as possible (street, area, city, state)
Land Area: Total plot size
Unit: Square feet, square yards, square meters, marla, kanal, or acres

How long does analysis take?

Analysis typically completes within 15-30 seconds. During high demand periods, it may take up to 60 seconds. If analysis fails due to technical issues, your credit will be automatically restored.

Can I save and share my analysis?

Yes! All your analyses are saved to your account history. You can view past analyses anytime and export them as PDF reports to share with others.

🔒 Privacy & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) and store data on secure Google Firebase servers. We don't sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, analysis history, and personal data from our systems within 30 days.

Does the app track my location?

We only use GPS location when you explicitly grant permission to auto-detect property coordinates. You can always enter addresses manually without enabling location access.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Analysis failed but my credit was deducted. What do I do?

If analysis fails due to a technical error, your credit should be automatically restored. If not, contact us at [email protected] with the date, time, and property address. We'll restore your credit within 24 hours.

The app is crashing. How can I fix it?

Try these steps:

Update to the latest version from Google Play
Clear app cache (Settings → Apps → MyLandIQ → Clear Cache)
Restart your device
If issues persist, contact support with your device model and Android version

I can't log in to my account

If you're having login issues:

Check your internet connection
Make sure you're using the same Google account you signed up with
Try clearing app data and signing in again
Contact [email protected] if problems continue
