- Generate Property Analysis: Process property location data, send data to Claude AI (Anthropic) for analysis generation, create comprehensive HBU (Highest & Best Use) analysis reports, calculate financial projections and ROI estimates
- Store and Retrieve Analysis: Save analysis history in Firebase Cloud, enable cloud backup and sync across devices, facilitate report export (PDF) and sharing
- Manage Your Account: Create and maintain your user account, process subscription upgrades and credit purchases, track analysis usage and credits, provide access to Pro features
2.2 To Improve and Optimize the App
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
- Identify and fix bugs, errors, and technical issues
- Optimize app performance and response times
- Develop new features based on user needs
- Conduct research using aggregated/anonymized data
2.3 To Communicate With You
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
- Send important service notifications
- Notify you of app updates and new features
- Request feedback (optional)
2.4 To Process Payments
- Process subscription purchases through Google Play Store
- Manage billing and payment issues
- Generate GST-compliant invoices (for Indian users)

You can enable/disable location access anytime in your device settings: Settings → Apps → MyLandIQ → Permissions → Location
9. Children's Privacy
MyLandIQ is NOT intended for users under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
