1. Overview

All purchases in MyLandIQ are processed through Google Play Store. This policy covers refunds for credit packages purchased within the app.

  • 🎁 FREE signup credits (5 credits) are non-refundable

3. Technical Failures & Credit Restoration

Good News: If an analysis fails due to technical issues on our end, your credit will be automatically restored to your account.

Note: Credits are NOT restored for user errors such as entering invalid addresses, incomplete information, or cancelling analysis mid-process.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Open Google Play Store on your device
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
  3. Tap Budget & history
  4. Find the MyLandIQ purchase → Tap Refund
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your request

Google typically processes refunds within 1-4 business days.

4.2 Option B: Contact Us Directly
